Our 24 square metre Matai design single loft tiny home for $93,000 + GST is 7m x 2.4m and 4.2m high.  It is modern and stylish with colour steel & Fijian mahogany exterior cladding. It is the perfect size to move from place to place and with a weight of 3.5 ton fully road legal for towing. 

Fully certified by qualified plumbers and electricians, comes with electrical and gas certificates. The Tiny House comes with a 2 year structural warranty, trailer 5 years and appliances come with manufacturers warranties. 

Matai has fully insulated ceiling, flooring and walls. The aluminium joinery double glazed windows will ensure a snuggly winter and a condensation-free summer. It comes with a custom-built triple axle galvanised trailer with electric brakes and 3 year WOF and REGO included. 

An outdoor shower, kwila hardwood kitchen benchtops and a custom made sliding barn door elevate the overall aesthetics of this tiny home.
