Fully certified by qualified plumbers and electricians, comes with electrical and gas certificates. The Tiny House comes with a 2 year structural warranty, trailer 5 years and appliances come with manufacturers warranties.
Matai has fully insulated ceiling, flooring and walls. The aluminium joinery double glazed windows will ensure a snuggly winter and a condensation-free summer. It comes with a custom-built triple axle galvanised trailer with electric brakes and 3 year WOF and REGO included.
