Transport

Did you know if your tiny home is under 3.5T (like our 24 sqm designs) it can legally we towed on the road - like a caravan!

Why do our 29 sqm tiny houses go on transporters?

A common question! Even though tiny houses have wheels, they often need a bigger ride.

  • Weight: If a tiny house weighs over 3.5T, it's illegal to tow it on the road.
  • The move: Our transport companies use a crane to lift the house onto their specialised transporter. The house's original trailer gets towed separately and brought to the site.
  • Flexibility: Sometimes the site has weight or space restrictions, so they put the house back on its own trailer for easier manoeuvring.

So there you have it! Moving tiny houses can be a bit of a puzzle, but we've got it covered.

Once you've selected the ideal location for your tiny home, we can reach out to one of our reputable transport companies. These certified providers know exactly what they are doing, ensuring your dream arrives at its final destination with the utmost care.
