What products and services do you provide? 

We have 6 base designs.  The structure stays relatively the same but aesthetically they are customisable. You can choose from a variety of colours & styles for the; flooring, kitchen bench-top, sink, knobs, and tap mixers, appliances etc to create a space that reflects your unique style. 

 

Do you offer add-ons?  

Yes, absolutely! We offer a variety of add-ons to enhance your comfort and functionality. See below for a few ideas, but remember this is just the beginning. 

• Decking: Extend your living space and enjoy the outdoors with a beautiful deck - Auckland region only. 
• Solar panels: Embrace sustainable living and reduce your environmental impact with a solar panel system.
• Fireplace: Cosy up on chilly nights with the warmth and ambiance of a fireplace.
• Gutters: Ensure proper drainage & collect rainwater.
• Toilet system: Choose the toilet system that best suits your needs, from flush toilets with septic tanks to composting or macerator options.
• Appliances: Upgrade with a dishwasher or washing machine.
• Additional windows: Let in more natural light and enjoy expansive views.
• Extra Storage: Maximise your space utilisation with additional storage solutions- the options are endless!

 

Do you offer a warranty? 

Yes, we have a 2-year workmanship guarantee on all of our builds. On top of that, many of the individual components, like appliances and plumbing fixtures, come with their own extended warranties from the manufacturers themselves. We'd be happy to discuss those specific details with you and answer any questions you might have about coverage.

 

Are your units off-grid? 

No, not as standard but yes we can make this happen.  If you're looking at going 100% off-grid we recommend GRIDFREE and can guide you through buying your kit. Once the unit is on-site we can install this for you. 

 

What are my toilet options ? 

There are a number of different options, we suggest our clients to do their own research as it really is a personal preference. We mostly use the super popular composting Bammbooloo or the incinerating Cinderella in our tiny house builds. Other options include; septic, flush and macerator.
