‘Lowrider’ (30 sqm), one-bedroom single level home, boasting an L-shaped kitchen equipped with all the mod-cons you need & cozy fireplace. Natural light floods in through the bi-fold window, while a sliding door provides easy access to the outdoors from the kitchen. The bedroom features a well equipped wardrobe space & a French door, adding to the sense of space and inviting the outdoors in. The versatile bathroom features ample space and a washing machine, making it ideal for everyday living. An additional outdoor shower completes this delightful package. Priced at $125,000 + GST.

For most designs, the build time falls within a range of 7-8 weeks. We’ll keep you informed throughout the entire process.
