We offer a transparent pricing structure with guides for our standard plans.
Secure your Build Spot: A non-refundable deposit of $10,000 secures your place in our queue.
Staged payments: A 50% down payment of the total cost is due 6-8 weeks before your scheduled build start date.
Final payment before delivery: The remaining balance is due in full, before your tiny home is carefully transported to its final destination.

If you are looking for finance, many of our clients have found success financing their tiny homes with both MTF and Squirrel Finance.
