The home comes with a 2 year structural warranty, appliances come with manufacturers warranties. Maui XL is fully certified by qualified plumbers and electricians, comes with electrical and gas certificates.

Fully insulated ceiling, walls & flooring with double glazed windows and double glazed door in the lounge. The thermal resistance rating in the walls & ceiling R 2.2  (earthwork brand) and the underfloor insulation is Expol R1.4. All windows are black and doubled glazed filled with argon gas with NZ certification. Master loft (2) windows, lounge (2) windows, Kitchen area (1), Bathroom (1).

Sliding door between kitchen and bathroom closes off the beautiful bathroom area. Waterproof flooring is SPC light oak, however you can choose which flooring colour you desire.
