We offer a transparent, staged payment pricing structure and recognise the importance of flexible financial solutions.
Staged Payments
Secure Your Build Spot: Secure your place in our production queue with a $10,000 non-refundable deposit, which will be credited towards your purchase.
Second Instalment: 50% of the total cost (excluding the Build Spot deposit) is due at least 8 weeks before your scheduled build start date.
Third & Final Instalment: The last payment is due two weeks before your beloved home is transported to its final destination. This gives you plenty of time to check everything over and confirm you are 100% happy with the finished product!
