We offer a transparent staged payment pricing structure & understand the importance of flexible financial solutions.
Staged Payments
Secure Your Build Spot: Secure your place in our production queue with a $10,000 non-refundable deposit, which will be credited towards your purchase.
Second Instalment: 50% of the total cost (excluding the Build Spot deposit) is due at least 8 weeks prior to your scheduled build start date.
Third & Final Instalment: The final payment is due at least 2 weeks before your tiny home is transported to its final destination.
