Sally is your primary contact for your tiny home journey. With nearly decade of experience in advertising and sales, Sally excels at providing exceptional customer service. She also brings valuable expertise in accounting, design, and marketing to the table. When not at work, you'll find her galloping through the Murawai forests on horseback.
Bobby Giant
Builder & Team Lead
Bobby has been lending a hand on construction sites since he was old enough to hold a hammer. A natural leader through and through. He's a pro at flooring, tiling and roofing installs. When Bobby's not on the job, you'll likely find him on the golf course or at the local mountain bike park.
Maris Miklavs
Welder & Painting Specialist
Maris brings meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality construction to every tiny home project. When a technical hurdle arises, Maris's analytical mind and innovative spirit come into play. In Maris's free time he enjoys mountain biking & reading.

Carpenter
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and extensive knowledge, Ed has earned the nickname 'the finisher' due to his exceptional talent for those crucial final touches. As the owner of SITEEFFECT (carpentry & renovation specialists), Ed regularly contracts his expertise to Elite. Beyond his professional life, Ed is an enthusiastic advocate for sustainable living, enjoys surfing, and spending quality time with his son.

Bailey has been in the construction industry for 6 years, starting with residential builds before transitioning to tiny homes 2 years ago. He's passionate about his work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. When he's not working, you can find him on the golf course, at the gym, or enjoying a game of pool.
