    With its inviting gable roof, elegant Macrocarpa ceiling truss, and two cozy loft bedrooms, the Maui XL is designed to be a truly welcoming tiny home on wheels.  Maui XL measures 8 meters long, 2.6 meters wide, and 4.2 meters high, with a total floor surface of 29 m2 and weighs in at 4.5 tons.

    Large Windows & French Door bathe the interior in warm sunlight, blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors.

    High-end furnishings define this home, from sleek white engineered stone countertops, custom cabinetry and designer brushed gold coloured fixtures; every detail exudes quality and sophistication. 

     
     
     
    • Double Loft Bedrooms

    Master loft: The loft itself measures 2.4 meters wide, 2.8 deep & 1.4 high. A convenient platform, perfect for getting ready for the day stands at 1.8 . The bedroom offers three custom-built storage cubbies, a dedicated hanging space for longer garments, and two dual power outlets with USB ports for keeping your electronics charged. Enjoy ample natural light and cross-ventilation with two windows.

    Single loft: Offers a versatile space for sleeping or storage and has its own powerpoint. It measures 2.4 meters wide, 1.2 deep and the timber slats are .50 high. This space is accessed by a sturdy ladder that can be cleverly stored away when not in use.   

    • Bathroom

    Features a tiled diamond-shaped 900mm shower with brushed gold fittings. The vanity is adorned with a striking Riverstone basin, Macrocarpa benchtop & LED arch mirror. Extractor fan, brushed gold heated towel bar, washing machine, and two awning windows. The bathroom space is closed off by a custom made barn-style sliding door. The toilet system is selected and purchased by the client, we can help guide you through this process.

    • Kitchen
    • White engineered stone benchtop, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, rangehood & fridge freezer. Double bowl stainless steel sink, with pull out mixer & water purifier tap, pull-out pantry & bin trays. We’ve listened to customer feedback and made a change! All units built after January 2025 will include said floor-to-ceiling pull-out pantry instead of a dishwasher (as seen in video). The cubby under the stairs (next to the fridge) offers versatility and can be utilised as extra storage or accommodate a dishwasher should you desire. 
    • Lounge

    Large 1400mm wide French Door and a picturesque fixed window (1800mm W x 1000mm H) graces the far wall. The window at the bottom of the stairs offers a combination of functionality with a sliding/ fixed, and awning section  (approximately 1400mm W x 1200mm H). The striking gable roof, adorned with Macrocarpa barn style truss, adds a touch of rustic charm

      Built on a custom double axle galvanised trailer made by SteelMech Engineering, with electric brakes, removable drawbar, 3 year WOF and 3 Month REGO, plus a 5 year warranty period. Or you can ditch the trailer & save! Remove the trailer and place the home on piles, saving you $8,000

      We offer a wide range of customisation options to make your tiny home truly unique. Pick your colours and styles for the flooring, countertops, sink, knobs, faucets & appliances from our base range options. Should you wish to upgrade outside of these options, this will likely come at an additional cost. If you'd like to change the standard paint colour, we can provide you with a cost estimate for the desired colour. Chat to our team for more information.
