    Maui is a stunning single loft tiny home, featuring a gable-style roof, high ceilings, and a Macrocarpa truss that beautifully opens up the space!

    The home offers 24 square meters of total living space within a compact 7 meter x 2.5 meter footprint and a comfortable 4.2-meter height. At 3.5 tons, Maui is road-legal for towing and can be transported much like a boat or caravan.

    Note: Maui offers a significantly larger bathroom than our other 24m² design (August), incorporating the laundry space for those who prioritise bathroom size.

    • Kitchen

    Crisp, white engineered stone benchtop with double-bowl basin, gold coloured mixer, and part-opening awning window. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, full-sized electric oven, range hood, and fridge-freezer.

    • Lounge

    French doors, white walls, a part-opening awning window on the far wall and a tall part-opening window at the foot of the staircase.

    • Bedroom

    The sleeping loft is fitted with stunning macrocarpa slats, plush carpeting, and two windows—one of which is a racked window that follows the gable roofline. This space is accessed by the main stairs, which double as storage units. The loft measures 2.4 meters wide, 2.8 meters deep, and 1.4 meters high. A convenient platform, perfect for getting ready for the day, stands at 1.8 meters tall. 

    • Bathroom

    It features a large 900mm tiled square shower, splashback, and vanity with a timber bench top. The bathroom also includes a white ceramic basin, black mixer, round LED mirror, heated towel rail, extractor fan, and washing machine.

    This area is neatly closed off by a custom barn-style sliding door. The toilet system is selected and purchased by the client.

    • Exterior

    A striking blend of twice-oiled Fijian Mahogany and Ebony cladding. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of adventure. The Califont is attached to the home, providing instant hot water.

    • Lighting

      All lights are energy-efficient LEDs, with the main lights fitted with a dimmer function

    • Hidden Storage Solutions

      Never run out of space with clever under-stair storage units strategically placed within the staircase leading to the Master loft.

    • Flooring

      Light Oak SPC 100% waterproof laminate flooring which is durable, easy to clean, and perfect for a busy tiny home lifestyle. Plush carpet flooring lines the Master loft.

    • Insulation

      The ceiling, walls, and flooring are fully insulated, and the house features double-glazed windows and a double-glazed door in the lounge. The thermal resistance rating in the walls and ceiling is R2.2 (Earthwork), and the underfloor insulation (Expol R1.4).

    • Trailer

      Maui is built on a custom double-axle galvanised trailer made by SteelMech Engineering, featuring electric brakes, a removable drawbar, 3-year WOF, current Rego, and a 5-year warranty period. Weighing 3.5 tons, Maui is the perfect size for easy relocation.

    • Trusted professionals

      Certified electrical, gas, and plumbing with accompanying safety certificates. We also offer a 2-year Elite workmanship structural warranty and full material warranties, ensuring your investment is protected.

    • Appliances

      The Maui comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, full-sized oven, 4-burner gas hobs, rangehood, and fridge-freezer.

    • Add-Ons

      Fireplace, heat pumps, additional windows and doors (or upgrade the size of existing ones), extra storage, shelving, or tables.       Water tank and connections, pump and fittings, water treatment unit, gutter and downpipes x2, caravan plug extension cord, gas bottles x2, heavy-duty jack stands x5, entrance steps, building site preparation, levelling the home, toilet system, and transport. Staging items such as seating & bed are not included in the purchase.
