    Meet Maui, an utterly adorable single loft tiny home where a charming gable roof and stunning Macrocarpa truss work together to create blissful space.

    Maui offers 24m² of total living space within a 7 meter long x 2.5 meter wide footprint and a comfortable 4.2-meter height (including trailer). At 3.5 tons, Maui is road-legal for towing and can be transported much like a boat or caravan!

    Note: Maui offers a significantly larger bathroom than our other delightful 24m² design (August), and incorporates the laundry space in this area.

    • Kitchen

    A modern kitchen, featuring an engineered stone benchtop with a double-bowl basin, soft-close cabinetry, and a mixer. Natural light and ventilation come courtesy of a part-opening awning window. And yes, it’s fully loaded: dishwasher, 4-burner hob (choose gas or induction), electric oven, range hood, and fridge-freezer are all part of the package!

    • Lounge

    The entrance is graced by beautiful French doors, leading to a bright interior with white walls. A part-opening awning window adds light to the short wall, while a dramatic, tall part-opening window at the foot of the staircase immediately draws the eye.

    • Bedroom

    The sleeping loft, accessed via clever stairs with built-in storage, is a standout space with stunning tall macrocarpa slats, soft carpeting, and two windows. The unique racked window on the far wall follows the elegant slope of the gable roof. A practical platform, situated  at the top of the stairs is perfect for getting easily dressed in the morning . Additional storage solutions for this area are available – just ask our team.

    • Bathroom

    The large and stylish bathroom features a spacious tiled square shower and a tiled vanity splash-back with a beautiful timber benchtop. You’ll also find a basin, mixer tap, LED mirror, heated towel stacker, and extractor fan. Plus – a washing machine is conveniently included! A chic barn-style sliding door neatly closes off this space (various options available), while the toilet system is selected and purchased by the client.

    • Exterior

    A striking blend of twice-oiled Fijian Mahogany and Ebony cladding. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of adventure. The Califont is attached to the home, providing instant hot water.

    • Lighting

      All lights throughout Maui are energy-efficient LEDs, ensuring a bright and comfortable atmosphere while minimising your environmental impact. The home features recessed lighting throughout, with dimmer functionality on the main lights.

    • Hidden Storage Solutions

      Never run out of space with clever under-stair storage units strategically placed within the staircase.

    • Flooring

      SPC 100% waterproof laminate flooring on the ground level, offering durability, easy maintenance, and suitability for a busy tiny home lifestyle. Carpet flooring is featured in the loft bedroom.

    • Insulation

      Fully insulated walls, floor, and ceiling. The walls and ceiling achieve an R2.2 thermal resistance rating (Earthwork), while the underfloor boasts Expol R1.4 insulation. All joinery is double-glazed and filled with argon-filled and come with NZ certification.

    • Trailer

      Maui is built on a custom double-axle galvanised trailer made by SteelMech Engineering, featuring electric brakes, a removable drawbar, 3-year WOF, current Rego, and a 5-year warranty period. Weighing 3.5 tons, Maui is the perfect size for easy relocation.

    • Trusted professionals

      Certified electrical, gas, and plumbing with accompanying safety certificates. We also offer a 2-year Elite workmanship structural warranty and full material warranties, ensuring your investment is protected.

    • Appliances

      The Maui comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, full-sized oven, 4-burner gas hobs, rangehood, and fridge-freezer.

    • Add-Ons

      Fireplace, heat pumps, additional windows and doors (or upgrade the size of existing ones), extra storage, shelving, or tables.     • Personalise Your Tiny Haven

      Express your unique style by selecting from a variety of colours for the; flooring, cladding, kitchen benchtop, basin, knobs, and tap mixers. Upgrades are available for an additional cost.     • Not included in the base price

      Water tank and connections, pump and fittings, water treatment unit, gutter and downpipes x2, caravan plug extension cord, gas bottles x2, heavy-duty jack stands x5, entrance steps, building site preparation, levelling the home, toilet system, and transport. Staging items such as seating & bed are not included in the purchase.
