    Our 24 sqm Maui design single loft tiny home for $103,000 + GST is 7m x 2.5m and 4.2m high, 3.5ton weight makes it road legal for transport. Please note this design features a much larger bathroom for those who wish to prioritize this space. 

    Timber framing structure with high ceilings and a gable style roof with ceiling truss opens up the space beautifully and and adds a rustic point of difference. The open plan kitchen is flooded with natural light and the lounge is fitted with french doors.

    Fully certified by qualified plumbers and electricians, comes with electrical and gas certificates. The tiny house comes with a 2 year structural warranty and appliances come with manufacturers warranties. The home is built on a custom made double axle galvanised trailer with electric brakes, 2.4wide, removable drawbar, 3 year WOF and REGO, 5 year warranty, made by SteelMech Engineering.

    Maui has fully insulated ceiling, flooring and walls. Double glazed windows and door filled with argon gas with NZ certification, will ensure a snuggly winter and a condensation-free summer.

    The outside of this home is modern and stylish with twice oiled shiplap fijian mahogany cladding and ebony ribbed colour steel profile. 32amp caravan plug, switchboard set up for 32amp, power point and an outdoor shower – perfect for summer time!

    Sleeping loft is fitted with two windows, 2 USB power points, and stunning macrocarpa feature slats.

    The bedroom layout is customisable and we can build cubbies for wardrobes and additional storage needs.

    Generous kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, full sized gas premium oven, rangehood, fridge freezer, Beech hard wood bench, 3x power points and soft-close cupboards and drawers

      Insulation

      The ceiling, walls and flooring are fully insulated and the house also has double glazed windows and a double glazed door in the lounge. The thermal resistance rating in the walls ceiling is R 2.2 (Earthwork brand) and the underfloor insulation is Expol R1.4. All windows are black and double glazed, and are filled with argon gas with NZ certification.

      August is built on a custom double axle galvanized trailer made by SteelMech Engineering, with electric brakes, removable draw bar, 3 year WOF and REGO, plus a 5 year warranty period. Or you can ditch the trailer save! Remove the trailer and place the home on piles, saving you $10,000.
