While our base design tiny homes provide a solid starting point, we offer a wide range of customization options to make your tiny home truly unique. Pick your colors and styles for the flooring, countertops, sink, knobs, faucets, appliances from our base range options. Should you wish to upgrade this will likely come at an additional cost.

Decking
Expand your living space with a custom built deck – Auckland region only. Size examples with steps: Small 4.60m x 2.60m / Medium 6.00m x 2.70m / Large 8.00m x 3.00m.

Solar Panel
The Tiny House Kit or The Batch Kit from GridFree are most commonly used in our homes. Best to pick up the phone & talk with their friendly team who will talk you through the daily usage specs and the more intricate details.
The team at Elite can install your solar panels, either roof or ground mounted. Cost dependant on chosen solar kit and install method required.
Another important consideration is battery storage. We offer a delightful solar battery shed with matching cladding to perfectly complement your tiny home. This compact shed measures 1.8 meters wide by 1.2 meters deep and is priced at $1,200.
If you need a larger shed for more room to store firewood or other items, we also offer a 2.5 wide by 2 deep option for $2,600. Prices are GST inclusive.
Fireplace
We use top quality tiny house wood burners that you can store wood underneath and also cook on top of! Output: 2.5-4kw. Our team will install the fireplace along with; flue kit, roof flashing & fireguard.
Toilet System
Choose the toilet system that best suits your needs, from flush toilets with septic tanks to composting, macerator or incinerating options. The toilet system is selected and purchased by the client but we can help guide you through this process.
Appliances
Add a dishwasher or washing machine if it’s not already included in your chosen tiny house design. Upgrade to a different style of oven etc if you so wish for an additional cost.
Additional Windows
Let in more natural light with additional windows or by upgrading the size of existing windows. Choose to upgrade to a range of door styles including; sliding, French, or bi-fold.
Storage, shelves & tables
Maximize your space with custom storage, sketch something up and we can make it happen! You might have noticed we’re passionate about live-edge shelving, which adds a natural touch to your home and is perfect for displaying plants, books, or decorative items. Or, use it as a breakfast bar. Pull-out or fold-away tables are perfect for tiny home living, which store away when not in use.

Warranty:
We have a 2-year workmanship guarantee on all of our builds. On top of that, many of the individual components, like appliances and plumbing fixtures, come with their own extended warranties from the manufacturers themselves. We’d be happy to discuss these specific details with you and answer any questions you might have about coverage.
