Decking: Expand your living space with a custom-built deck (Auckland region only). Size options range from Small (4.6m x 3m) to Medium (6m x 3m), Large (8m x 3m), and Custom sizes. Decking costs are influenced by site-specific factors like soil type (e.g., volcanic rock) and location, as well as your choice of materials. We also offer deck staining for an additional fee. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Louvred Pergola
Create a stunning, versatile outdoor space with our louvre roof system. These architectural features perfectly complement the black cladding and offer the option of pull-down sides for added weather protection. If you’re interested in this option, let us know so we can plan for essential exterior elements, such as outdoor lighting and power point placement. Our most popular sizes are 3x3m and 6x3m.
Solar Panels For Off-Grid Living
Solar: The Batch Kit or Freedom PRO with Lithium batteries from GridFree are most commonly used in our homes. For the latest information and to discuss your specific needs, call the friendly GridFree team at 09 218 5533. They can guide you through daily usage, product details, and upgrade options in this ever-evolving industry.
Install: The Elite Tiny Homes team can install your solar panels (Auckland region only), either roof or ground-mounted. Costs depend on the chosen solar kit and installation method.
Battery & Inverter Shed: We offer a charming storage shed with matching cladding (1.8m wide x 1.2m deep). Need more space for firewood or other items? We can customise the size to suit your needs.
Fireplace
We use top-quality tiny house wood burners that allow you to store wood underneath and cook on top! Output: 2.5-4kW. Our team will install the fireplace, including the flue kit, roof flashing, and fireguard.
Toilet System
Select the toilet system that best suits your needs.
Variety of Options: Flush, composting, macerator or incinerating. The toilet system is chosen and purchased by the client.
Appliances
Add appliances such as a dishwasher, dish-drawer, or heat pump if they are not already included in the base design.
Additional Windows & Doors
Enhance your space with more natural light by adding or enlarging windows and doors.
Door Style Options: Standard, sliding, French, bi-fold, or stacker. Adding a back door is a particularly popular choice.
Window Style Options: Awning, picture, casement, sliding, bi-fold, stacker, and skylight.
Looking for something specific? We can create custom-sized windows, including part-opening/part-fixed options. We also offer unique styles, such as the raking window (featured in Maui), designed to complement the roofline.
Storage, Shelves & Tables
Custom Storage Solutions: Storage is key to a happy, organised tiny home. We custom-build all our storage solutions to perfectly fit your needs.
Live-Edge Timber Shelving: We love live-edge timber shelving! It adds a beautiful, natural touch to your tiny home and can even double as a breakfast bar.
Pull-Out Tables: Pull-out tables are a clever, space-saving solution that glide away when not in use.
Rainwater & Greywater Systems
Rainwater: Collected from your roof, channeled through gutters and downspouts, and stored in a tank for later use, such as watering gardens.
Greywater: A natural system that recycles used water from your sink, shower, etc. (not toilet) by filtering it through plants, reeds, and the correct soil composition.
Additionally, we offer complete sunken bathtub installation, including plumbing and piping connections to your sink and shower.
