We offer a transparent pricing structure with guides for our standard plans.
Secure your Build Spot: A non-refundable deposit of $10,000 secures your place in our queue, the deposit will then be credited toward the total purchase price.
Staged payments: A 50% down payment of the total cost is due no less than 7 weeks before your scheduled build start date.
Final payment before delivery: The remaining balance is due no less than 1 week before your tiny home is transported to its final destination.
