Your tiny home will come with the colour scheme shown in the design photos and described in the description. However, you’re free to customise the flooring, kitchen countertops, exterior cladding, faucets, and handles from our base range options. Upgrades outside of this range are available, but may incur an additional cost. If you’re interested in changing the colour of the walls or cabinetry, please contact our team to discuss the available options.
Flooring
SPC 100% waterproof laminate flooring is easy to clean, low-maintenance, and perfect for tiny home living. Here are a few examples; we can discuss additional options and view samples together.

Kitchen Countertop
Choose between Engineered Stone or Macrocarpa Timber. Engineered Stone is a popular choice for its combination of beauty and practicality, while Macrocarpa Timber brings a warm, rustic charm to the home.

- Sandstone Grey: A medium grey with warm undertones
- Gull Grey: A light, neutral grey
- Titania White: A bright, clean white with a slight hint of warmth
- Desert Sand: A warm, light beige undertone
- Grey Friars: A medium-to-dark grey with a slight brownish undertone
- Raven: A very dark, nearly black shade
- Windsor Grey: A sophisticated deep grey with subtle blue undertones
- Ebony: A very dark, dramatic shade, nearly black * Standard across all builds unless otherwise specified
