Fully certified by qualified plumbers and electricians, comes with electrical and gas certificates. The Tiny House comes with a 2 year structural warranty, trailer 5 years and appliances come with manufacturers warranties.

Matai has fully insulated ceiling, flooring and walls. The aluminium joinery double glazed windows will ensure a snuggly winter and a condensation-free summer. It comes with a custom-built triple axle galvanised trailer with electric brakes and 3 year WOF, and REGO included. 

With twice oiled fijian mahogany cladding and black ribbed steel profile makes the outside of this tiny just as appealing as the inside. An outdoor shower, kwila hardwood kitchen benchtops and a custom made sliding barn door elevate the overall aesthetics of this tiny home.
