    Athena ‘the big tiny’. From the gable roof with its exposed Macrocarpa truss to the seamless flow of the layout, this design represents the ultimate masterclass in tiny home living.

    2 bedrooms – Ground floor Primary & Loft, 10.5m long x 3 wide x 3.6m high (4.2 high including the trailer) total floor surface of 45 m2 and weighing in at 5 tonnes.

    This striking design features a spacious breakfast bar, beautifully tiled kitchen and shower, loft skylight, and three distinct entryways thoughtfully designed to maximise functionality. An additional hot outdoor shower adds the perfect finishing touch for those warm, sunny days.

    • Kitchen

    A crisp, white engineered stone benchtop serves as the centrepiece of this kitchen, beautifully accented by an off-white tiled splash-back and striking black tap ware and hardware. Featuring soft-close cabinetry, a pull-out pantry, and a dedicated microwave cubby, this kitchen leaves no detail spared. A large, deep sink and a practical utility exit door complete the modern, high-spec space. 

    Appliances: 2-burner induction hobs, a full-sized electric oven, an integrated rangehood, and a fridge-freezer. If you ever want to switch or upgrade any of these items, just let us know. We can easily look at swapping in a gas cooktop or adding in a dishwasher if you wish. 

    • Lounge

    Grand French doors create a seamless entrance into the space. The window placement has been thoughtfully designed to maximise your outlook while maintaining a cozy atmosphere for movie nights. Please note: Heat pump or fireplace installations are available as optional extras.

    • Primary Bedroom

    Featuring a large sliding door at the front of the home to invite the outdoors in and a window on the back wall. The bed space is framed by bespoke storage cabinetry specifically designed to fit a queen-sized bed. The storage is customisable, let us know if you require more, and we can design a tailored solution just for you. To keep you connected, we’ve included two dual power outlets with integrated USBC ports for effortless device charging. 

    • Loft Bedroom

    Your journey to the loft begins at the base of the staircase, where you are greeted by a striking, floor-to-ceiling picture window. The stairs cleverly double as integrated storage, leading you up to a cozy loft space complete with an opening skylight, plush carpeting, window on the far wall and beautiful Macrocarpa slats that maintain a welcoming, open flow. The loft serves as the perfect retreat for kids, extra guests, or additional storage.

    Should you require more loft space, we can change the roofline to a mono-pitch design, which gives you significantly more headroom.

    • Bathroom

    The bathroom is a study in modern design, featuring a spacious square tiled shower accented with matte black tapware and a matching basin. This space includes a frosted window for privacy, extractor fan, power points, and luxury additions like a large heated towel rail, floating vanity and an LED mirror. For your convenience, the washing machine is included in the purchase price. 

    The toilet system is chosen and paid for by the customer. 

    • Exterior

    A mix of Western Cedar timber (which smells as good as it looks!) and the new Ebony Black Linear 800 steel cladding. This wider, steel profile is specifically designed to suit the scale of the Athena and it looks sensational if you ask us. Keep in mind these exterior details are also customisable, so feel free to choose what suits you and your environment best.

    Roofline: The quintessential gable roof provides those classic tiny home vibes we all know and love. Featuring a European-style overhang that perfectly shelters the outdoor shower. Practicality meets discretion with a front-mounted black outdoor power point (for devises while you are relaxing outside) and a rear-positioned caravan plug for power, keeping the larger ,more obtrusive connection out of sight. The gas Califont is located at the drawbar end of the home, providing instant hot water and here you will also find the the main water outlet. 

    • Lighting

      All lights throughout Athena are energy-efficient LEDs, ensuring a bright and comfortable atmosphere while minimising your environmental impact. The home features recessed lighting throughout, with dimmer functionality on the main light, and a pendant light in the lounge area. The exterior of the home has three outdoor lights.

    • Hidden Storage Solutions

      Clever under-stair storage units strategically integrated into the staircase leading to the loft bedroom.

    • Flooring

      Warm Oak SPC 100% waterproof laminate click-in plank flooring on the ground level, offering durability, easy maintenance, and suitability for a busy tiny home lifestyle. Plush carpet flooring is featured in both the Primary and loft bedroom.

    • Insulation

      Fully insulated walls, floor, and ceiling with double-glazed windows and doors. The thermal resistance rating in the walls and ceiling is R2.2 (Earthwork brand), and the underfloor insulation is Expol R1.4. All windows are black, double-glazed, and filled with argon gas, with NZ certification.

    • Trailer

      Built on a heavy-duty, triple-axle galvanised trailer with a 3-year WOF and current Rego. To create a more permanent ‘home feel’ once you’re settled, the drawbar can be completely removed from the chassis. This opens up the front of the home, creating a clean, unobstructed space that’s perfect for the outdoor shower area.

      Certified electrical, gas, and plumbing with accompanying safety certificates.

    • Appliances

      Athena comes with a full-sized electric oven, 2-burner induction hob, integrated range hood, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. If you ever want to switch or upgrade any of these items, just let us know. We can easily look at swapping in a gas cooktop, or adding things like a dishwasher or a heat pump.

    • Add-Ons

      Heat pump, fireplace, dishwasher, additional windows & doors, or upgrades to the size of existing. Additional storage & fold-down tables.       Pick colours and styles for the flooring, countertop, sink, knobs and faucets from our base range options. Should you wish to upgrade, this may come at an additional cost. If you'd like to change the wall colour, we can provide you with a cost estimate. Please note that premium cabinetry colour selections, such as black, will incur an additional charge.     Transporting Athena

    At 10.5 meters long and 3 meters wide, the Athena is a powerhouse. Because she weighs 5 tonnes, well over the 3.5-tonne towing limit, she cannot be towed on her own wheels. Instead, a specialised transporter truck is required for delivery to your site.
