    Athena ‘the big tiny’. From the exposed Macrocarpa trusses to the effortless flow of the layout, this home is the ultimate masterclass in tiny home living.

    2 bedrooms – Ground floor Primary + Single loft, 10.5m long x 3 wide x 4.2 high (including trailer), with a total floor surface of 45m2 and weighing 5 tonnes.

    Breakfast bar, tiled kitchen & bathroom, three distinct entries to maximise how you use the home, plus additional outdoor shower for warm sunny days.  

    • Kitchen

    A crisp, white engineered stone benchtop is the centrepiece of this kitchen, beautifully accented by a tiled splash-back and striking matte black tap-ware and hardware. The space is as functional as it is stylish, featuring all soft-close cabinetry, a pull-out pantry, and a dedicated microwave cubby. A single-bowl sink and a practical utility exit door at the rear complete this modern, high-spec design. 

    The purchase price includes kitchen appliances: a 2-burner hob (gas or induction), a full-sized electric oven, an integrated rangehood, and a fridge-freezer. Should you wish to upgrade any of these items or add a dishwasher, just let us know. 

    • Lounge

    Grand XXL French doors (1800mm wide) create a seamless entrance into the space. The window placement has been thoughtfully designed to maximise your outlook while maintaining a cozy atmosphere for movie nights. Please note: Heat pump or fireplace installations are available as optional extras.

    • Primary Bedroom

    Relax in the carpeted Primary Bedroom, featuring a large sliding door at the front to invite the outdoors in and a thoughtfully placed window at the rear. The room is framed by bespoke storage cabinetry specifically designed to fit a queen-sized bed. To keep you connected, we’ve included two dual power outlets with integrated USBC ports for effortless device charging. 

    • Single Loft Bedroom

    Your journey to the loft begins at the base of a custom staircase, framed by a striking, floor-to-ceiling picture window. The stairs cleverly double as integrated storage, leading to a loft space featuring an opening skylight, plush carpeting, power points and beautiful Macrocarpa slats to maintain a welcoming flow. It’s the perfect spot for guests or storage, ensuring every square meter is utilised to its full potential.

    • Bathroom

    The bathroom is a study in modern design, featuring a spacious 900mm square tiled shower accented with matte black tapware and a matching basin. This space includes a frosted window for privacy, extractor fan, power points, and luxury additions like a large heated towel rail, floating vanity and an LED mirror. For your convenience, the washing machine is included in the purchase price. We leave the choice of toilet system to you to ensure it meets your specific site requirements, and we are more than happy to guide you through the selection process.

    • Exterior

    A mix of Western Cedar timber (which smells as good as it looks!) and the new Ebony Black Linear 800 steel cladding. This wider, steel profile is specifically designed to suit the scale of the Athena. Keep in mind these details are customisable, so feel free to choose what suits you and your environment best.

    The quintessential gable roof provides those classic tiny home vibes, featuring a European-style overhang that perfectly shelters the outdoor shower. Practicality meets discretion with a front-mounted black outdoor power point (for devises) and a rear-positioned caravan plug for power, keeping the larger ,more obtrusive connection out of sight. The gas Califont is located at the drawbar end, providing instant hot water and here you will also find the the main water outlet. 

    • Lighting

      All lights throughout Athena are energy-efficient LEDs, ensuring a bright and comfortable atmosphere while minimising your environmental impact. The home features recessed lighting throughout, with dimmer functionality, and a pendant light in the lounge area. The exterior of the home has three outdoor lights.

    • Hidden Storage Solutions

      Clever under-stair storage units strategically integrated into the staircase leading to the Primary loft bedroom.

    • Flooring

      Warm Oak SPC 100% waterproof laminate plank flooring on the ground level, offering durability, easy maintenance, and suitability for a busy tiny home lifestyle. Plush carpet flooring is featured in both the Primary and Single lofts.

    • Insulation

      Fully insulated walls, floor, and ceiling with double-glazed windows and doors. The thermal resistance rating in the walls and ceiling is R2.2 (Earthwork brand), and the underfloor insulation is Expol R1.4. All windows are black, double-glazed, and filled with argon gas, with NZ certification.

    • Trailer

      Built on a heavy-duty, triple-axle galvanised trailer by SteelMech Engineering. Featuring; electric brakes, a 3-year WOF, current Rego, and a 5-year warranty period. In addition, we you have the removable drawbar, which allows for a true 'home' feel. Once you are settled on-site, simply remove the drawbar. It’s the perfect way to tidy up your exterior profile and clear the way for the outdoor shower area!

    • Trusted Professionals

      Certified electrical, gas, and plumbing with accompanying safety certificates. We also provide a 3-year Elite workmanship structural warranty and full material warranties, ensuring your investment is protected.

    • Appliances

      Athena comes with a full-sized electric oven, 2-burner gas or induction hob, integrated range hood, washing machine, and fridge-freezer.

    • Add-Ons

      Heat pump, fireplace, dishwasher, additional windows & doors, or upgrades to the size of existing. Additional storage, shelves & fold-down tables.     • Personalise Your Tiny Haven

      Pick colours and styles for the flooring, countertop, sink, knobs and faucets from our base range options. Should you wish to upgrade, this may come at an additional cost. If you'd like to change the wall colour, we can provide you with a cost estimate. Chat with our team for more information.

    • Not Included In The Base Price

      Water tank, water tank connections, pump & fittings, gutter & down-pipe (2x sets required for the gable roof), caravan plug extension cord, gas bottles, heavy-duty jack stands, building site prep, levelling the home, toilet system, entrance steps, and transport. Staging items such as bar stools & lampshade are not included in the purchase.

    Transporting Athena

    At 10.5 meters long and 3 meters wide, the Athena is a powerhouse. Because she weighs 5 tonnes, well over the 3.5-tonne towing limit, she cannot be towed on her own wheels. Instead, a specialised transporter truck is required for delivery to your site.
